Our next community medical outreach is scheduled for 24 October 2026, with health screening, health education, counselling and referral guidance.

100 pupils were reached at Bagaji Primary School, and 25 children (25% of those reached) were supported to move completely from the street into school enrolment. The outreach combined direct engagement, educational materials, school participation and community support.

Services included blood pressure checks, blood sugar testing, malaria screening, hepatitis screening, health education, counselling and referral guidance.

“Taking children off the streets and back to school: putting dreams back in their hands.” GLCGF supported examination fees for 90 pupils at Bagaji Primary School, helping reduce financial barriers to participation in school. Next: expand scholarship coverage, strengthen school partnerships, provide learning materials and develop mentorship for children at risk of dropping out.
